In the morning keynote address Representative Steve Riggs will share knowledge and experience with CyberSecurity legislation. We are pleased and honored that Representative Riggs is taking the time to share his insights with us. This is very unique opportunity. Kentucky State Representative Steve Riggs is chairman of the Local Government Committee which has jurisdiction over all cities, counties, special districts, and all their functions. Riggs is a Kentucky League of Cities “Legislator of the Year” award winner. He is the senior member of the Banking and Insurance Committee and also serves on the Transportation Committee. He represents about 45,000 citizens in his district in Louisville, Kentucky. Riggs is the elected Secretary of the National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL). NCOIL serves all 50 states and helps develop model law on financial issues. Representative Riggs is married with two children and lives in Jeffersontown, Kentucky.
