This talk will go over the current state of the law as it applies to the Infosec community, and the computer industry as a whole.

Matthew Perry is an Old School computer guy, that is just trying to make his way in the universe. Matt is a former Detective from a local Sheriff's office, and for the last 15 years has worked at one of the leading plaintiffs law firms in the US. Matt has been a member of the Appalachian Institute for Digital evidence, and was a founding member of the 304Geeks and Hack3rcon.
