Computer Law is the fastest changing area of the law.
Staying up to date on current legal treads could save you thousands of dollars, countless hours of time, and potentially keep you from becoming a “Guest of the State”.

In this talk I will give an update of the current trends in new cases in the following areas of the law: Civil Litigation, Virtual Property, Intellectual Property, Fair Use, and Criminal.

Matthew Perry

Matthew Perry has 27 years of IT experience that spans many different industries and platforms. He spent the first 7 years of his career working for an IBM subcontractor.
He then spent the next 7 years as the Director of IT,a Detective and Assistant Chief Tax Deputy for the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department. He, for the last 13 years, has been the IT Litigation Support Specialist for The Masters Law Firm. He is a member of the 304Geeks and one of the organizers of Hack3rcon. Matt is a husband, a father, a grandfather, a Licensed Minister, an avid game player, and a Hacker.
