Lessons Learned: Why I became a PaulDotCom Intern and why you should become an Intern too. - Mike Perez
BSides Rhode Island 2013

Presenter: Mike Perez

Title: Lessons Learned: Why I became a PaulDotCom Intern and why you should become an Intern too.

Abstract: Other than Larry Pesce, Mike has been affiliated with PaulDotCom longer than anyone else on the crew. Known on the interwebz as InternMike, he has evolved from Paul's abused intern to holding the role of executive producer for the PaulDotCom Security Weekly podcast. You don't get on the show without going through Mike first. Along the way, Mike has learned an enormous amount of information and has met nearly everyone in the business. If you have a goal of breaking into the field of computer security, starting off with an internship could be the path to your goals.

Recorded at BSidesRI 2013.
