Employees' knowledge, understanding and application of security continues to be a significant challenge in a continuous maturity process of security and risk management. Increases in numbers of employees and complexity of business complicate security implementations. We will discuss establishing a program to scale out security and risk management principles, frameworks and architecture to any size business to empower solution delivery that effectively applies security and risk management. Real world examples presented will include strategic targeting of partners and fostering a culture of change from C-level leadership throughout the organization. Time will be given to documenting and reporting business value.
