Intellectual property losses, mega breaches, ransomware and DDoS attacks have become common place. Using the first BSides Detroit in 2011 as our guide, we,ll look back at the recent history in our industry, but, more importantly share some thoughts about how we can make a better path forward.

I'm a creative enthusiast obsessed with cyber security. I hope to be able to leverage my knowledge of cyber security from an attack and defense perspective, programming skills, and perhaps even my design background to provide flexible, elegant solutions to problems wherever they may be.
