Megan Wells started her career with TEKsystems in 2008 as a recruiter in the network infrastructure space. She has specialized in recruiting in the InfoSec skill sets since 2011 and has focused both nationally and locally. She is an active member in many local security groups in Columbus, OH and has placed InfoSec professionals at various clients across the U.S. AJ Candella has been with TEKsystems for over five years, supporting a number of different IT areas and clients within the local Columbus market. As of most recently, AJ has dedicated herself to helping local organizations across all industries attract & retain top Information Security Professionals. AJ not only helps organizations with staffing and services-based solutions, but she also consults with them on talent management best-practices specifically as they relate to today's InfoSec market. AJ is active in the local Columbus InfoSec community, and you can often times find her at monthly ISC2 and ISSA meetings.
