Social Media Risk Metrics. When OMGWTFBBQ meets risk algorithms. - Ian Amit Alex Hutton Derbycon 2015 (Hacking Illustrated Series InfoSec Tutorial Videos)

Social Media Risk Metrics. When OMGWTFBBQ meets risk algorithms.
Ian Amit Alex Hutton
Derbycon 2015

Wouldn't it be neat if you could have a score that says how risky is your organization's social media presence? How about your top executives, and board? Think of a "credit score" like system where you are trying to stay around a certain score as part of your operations? Having an operational risk and information security risk metrics mostly figured out, we set out to create a risk metric framework that could be applied to organizations and individuals. This is what we ended up with.

Ian hacks stuff. Runs red teams. Does social media risk management. And tries to stay out of trouble. Alex hacks stuff. Likes risk and fancy math. Works in a bank. And tries to define trouble, and minimize the probability of trouble materializing around him.
