PassCrackNet is a new tool that is being released to help the cracking of password hashes. Hashes are everywhere these days and sometimes you just need to crack them. Most people don’t have a computer with 8 videos cards attached to help crack these hashes, however most people do have a collection of old hardware laying around. By networking these old computers together, you can split the work among them and reduce the time spent waiting around. PassCrackNet uses hashcat, and unlike other solutions requires just a standard home network. It also supports GPUs for even faster cracking. Combined with the advanced scheduling features, the ability to queue jobs and run multiple jobs at once, PassCrackNet makes it easier than ever to get setup cracking passwords and to get results.
